You get a real person who knows your setup, plain pricing in writing, and support from the same person who built your system — not a ticket queue. On the basic Growth Platform plan that support is intentionally basic maintenance: we maintain the Just Risen configuration for your site and core automations and handle small fixes by email, so the plan stays sustainable.
